SPC WHOLESALE TERMS, SALES AGREEMENT
& CONDITIONS OF SALE for Wholesale & Retail
customers:
You MUST read and agrees to terms below BEFORE become one of our
OFFICIAL Dealer and/or placing a Wholesale Order. This TERMS &
CONDITIONS OF SALE supersedes all previously published and is subject
to change without notice. The placing of an order includes the acceptance of
this TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE. We reserve rights for printing errors.
Compra Mínima al por mayor: $350.00
We welcome inquiries from established retailers who wish to carry our
product line:
1) ALL Orders are shipped by Fed Ex, USPS and UPS. Overnight, 2nd day,
3rd day service available upon request.
2) All freight charges include actual shipping charges, insurance and a
small handling fee. There is a $35.00 service charge for all orders under
$350.00
3) All orders shipped prepaid with: credit card, company
check, cash, certified check or money order.
4) Las gafas tienen un mínimo de orden de 2 gafas por cada modelo
ordenado.
Warranty
If the instructions and/or PROCEDURES are not followed, any warranty claim
will not be processed. The original purchaser of the sunglasses has to
use the Insurance Mail Service. The guarantee is DIRECT with us. The
Warranty applies to consumers who purchase sunglasses at full retail
price. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the
sunglasses, NOT TO THE DEALER. Not transferable. At our option we
repair or replace with an identical pair or equivalent model. For more

approval. - Actively engage in the business of reselling our merchandise to
the public. - Maintain regular store hours.
- Meet the minimums.
- All orders are subject to shipping & handling charge.
- All retailers should adhere to an equitable retail price to maintain a
fair value of the product line. Not all applications will be approved. - Somos Manufactureros, nosotros fijamos el precio mínimo de

- Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars.
Un viaje de entrega a cualquier parte de PR en nuestra unidad móvil
de entregas tiene un costo para nosotros como mínimo de $170.00
diario para nuestra empresa y no es costo efectivo la entrega si no
se cumple con lo antes mencionado.
- No orders will be shipped to accounts with a past due balance. By
placing an order, the customer agrees with all terms and conditions
stated, and agrees to pay all legal and court fees involved in
collection.
Returned checks There will be a fee of $35.00 applied to any
returned checks. Customer's account will be put on a cash only
basis. Delinquent accounts and returned checks are sent to our
collection agency after reasonable attempts to collect have failed.
Customers will be responsible for all related fees.
4) Las gafas tienen un mínimo de orden de 2 gafas por cada modelo
ordenado.

Errors All errors of products supplied must be notified within 3 days
of receipt of goods. Notification may be written or verbal,
accompanied by both order reference and invoice number. Any
notification after 4 days will not be accepted.
Returns Policy
NO returns. Toda venta es final. All sales are final. Shipping &
Handling fees are non-refundable. We do not accept cancellation
after order confirmation. No cash refunds will be given. Items which
are faded, stickered, unsaleable condition, ink-priced, damaged,
dirty, worn, price-ticketed, or items bought on closeout or discounted
will not be accepted for return.
Damaged Shipments
We adhere to Island Wide, Fed Ex, USPS or UPS policies on
damaged shipments. If packages arrive to you damaged, please
notify a freight representative immediately. In order to process a
claim against your freight company, you must retain all original
packaging with the product inside until inspection by your freight
company representative.
Prices
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
BACKORDER POLICY
When your order is taken, a backorder is kept on those items which
are temporarily out of stock. Backordered items will be shipped as
soon as possible unless we are notified by you to cancel the
backorder.
