SPC One Time Lifetime Guarantee SERVICE Procedures:

The guarantee is DIRECT with us.
DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE STORE.

One time Lifetime Guarantee allows customers to replace damage SPC polarized sunglasses for 50% of their original retail price (Suggested Retail Price) on the identical pair or
equivalent model. If your glasses are broken or scratched, return them with:
•Original Receipt.
•The Warranty Tag.
For a new identical pair at 50% off the original price (Suggested Retail Price). You can find the Suggested Retail Price on The Warranty Tag. Remember that some of the sunglasses are
$10.00 off (or less) (on the SPC38special the Discount is MORE) the price that you pay. So you have to add $10.00 before you subtract the 50% off, for example:

If you pay $75.00 for your new pair, is like this:

$75.00 + $10.00 = $85.00
$85.00 ÷ 2 = $42.50

So you send by mail:
•A Money Order with $42.50
•The Original Receipt.
•The Warranty Tag.
•The old sunglasses. We encourage you to send your sunglasses by a traceable method (such as UPS) and insured mail as we are NOT responsible for lost or misdirection.
•$00.00 for the shipping cost & handling cost.
•$00.00 for the processing fee.

This Warranty applies to consumers who purchase sunglasses at full retail price. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser of the sunglasses. Not transferable.



SPC 365 Days One Time Guarantee Against Manufacturer’s Defects:

•We will repair or replace (at our option) for identical pair or equivalent model.
•We have the sole discretion to determine any Manufacturer’s Defects.
•Scratched lenses are NOT a Manufacturer’s Defect.
•Remember that the guarantee is DIRECT with us.
•DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE STORE.
•For the 365 Days One Time Guarantee Against Manufacturer’s Defects claim we require that you return your sunglasses to us, including a letter describing exactly what happened to your
sunglasses.

So you send by mail:
•To cover the processing fee plus the shipping cost and handling cost when returned
send a $9.50 Money Order.
•The Original Receipt & the Warranty Tag.
•The old sunglasses. We encourage you to send your sunglasses by a traceable method (such as UPS) and insured mail as we are NOT responsible for lost or misdirection.
•A letter describing exactly what happened to your sunglasses.
